This 1 bedroom apartment offers recently refurbished, stylish accommodation for 2 people, very close to the beaches at Rotherslade and Langland Bay in one direction, and the heart of Mumbles in the other. The annexe is set at the top of the village with a balcony from the bedroom that offers views across Underhill Park. The accommodation also benefits from a private terrace to the front.
Reception/Dining Area: Two 2-seat leather sofas (one being a double sofa bed), flatscreen TV, occasional tables and a dining table with seating for 4 people.
Kitchen: Undercounter fridge, microwave, oven and 4-ring hob (access to a washing machine and tumble dryer is available on request).
Bedroom: Double bed with wardrobe, bedside tables and access to the balcony and the en suite bathroom.
Bathroom: Bath, separate shower cubicle, basin and WC.
