This lovely 4 bedroom Edwardian townhouse is well established as Mumbles' premier B&B yet for a limited time during the year you can rent the entire house exclusively through Home From Home.

This spacious three storey house provides high quality en-suite accommodation for up to 8 people in the heart of Mumbles so you may enjoy all that the village has to offer on foot. It's flexible too as with zip and link beds in two of the bedrooms, you can choose to have beds made up as twins or  super king size.

Set back from the road with lovely views across Underhill Park, it is extremely well appointed with nautical and International styling, a stunning kitchen plus conservatory and where each bedroom has a flat screen TV/DVD and hairdryer.

Accommodation

Ground Floor: Enter through pretty front garden directly from Langland Road.

Reception: Ample soft seating, feature fireplace, sideboard and coffee table.

Kitchen: Modern kitchen complete with range style gas hob and oven, dishwasher, fridge with icebox, fridge/freezer, microwave and a washing machine with seperate tumble dryer in the garage.

Conservetory: Soft seating, TV/DVD player which leads out into the enclosed garden.

Dining Area: Dining table and chairs seat 8.

First Floor

Bedroom 1: Superking size bed that can also be made into 2 x single beds, chests of drawers plus full length mirrors, hairdryers and flat screen wall mounted TVs with an en-suite shower room.
