This 2 double bedroom, Victorian end of terrace cottage is located right in the heart of Mumbles. Within walking distance, you will find an array of boutique style shops, fresh produce stores, cafés, bars and the famous Mumbles promenade which leads to the city of Swansea in one direction with Mumbles pier and lighthouse in the other. If this wasn't enough, the beaches of Langland and Caswell bay can be reached on foot, or by car within minutes.

The cottage dates back to the 1850's and has recently been refurbished sympathetically, ensuring it retains its' Victorian charm.

At the front of the property is the light filled and comfortable lounge area containing 1 two-seat sofa, 1 3-seat sofa, side table, TV/DVD player and book shelves full of reading material.

Leading from the lounge is the characterful dining room with traditional Welsh dresser, dining table, chairs and multi-fuel stove.

Off the dining room is a sun drenched conservatory, ideal for sitting down to breakfast or reading the daily newspaper with the French doors opening out into the garden.

The stylish, well-equipped, fitted kitchen and utility room comes with electric cooker, electric oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, and washing machine.

At the rear of the property there is a downstairs shower room complete with shower cubicle, wash basin and WC. In the bathroom cupboard you will find a tumble dryer.
