Description and Location

This pet friendly Victorian mid terrace cottage in the heart of Mumbles provides delightful holiday accommodation for 5 people with coastal styling, a garden and private parking.

Situated close to the popular 'top shops' of Newton Road and Underhill Park it is a 'walk anywhere' property with the promenade and the beaches of Rotherslade and Langland all close by.

Visitors can also head 50 yards down a gentle hill to Ty Junction, a lovely coffee and interiors shop situated at the end of Woodville Road.

Accommodation
Enter into small hallway with lounge diner leading immediately off and where practical wood flooring is laid throughout.

The spacious room has a lounge at one end decorated in neutral calm colours with a two seater and three seater sofa and TV on a stand.

At the opposite end of the lounge diner is the dining space with round table and seating for 5 plus a feature fireplace and side board.

An archway leads through to a modern white galley kitchen which is light and bright and nicely appointed. There is an electric oven and induction hob, extractor fan, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine and plenty of cupboards.

The kitchen leads out into a courtyard garden with terraced decking and dining furniture and a gravel driveway which is gated, can be accessed from the rear of the property and is suitable for a small car.

Upstairs on the first floor there is a split level landing with three bedrooms and a bathroom. The bathroom is tastefully appointed with a tiled floor, WC, bath with shower over, wash hand basin with vanity units above and below.

The double bedroom has a double bed, bedside table, TV and wardrobes with an interconnecting door to the single bedroom which has a single bed, wardrobe and bedside table.  The twin bedroom has two single beds, which can be linked together to make a king size bed, a double wardrobe and bedside table. All of the bedrooms are tastefully decorated in coastal colours.

External: Private parking at rear for one small car plus option to park on road. Secluded courtyard garden at the back of the property with decking and some planting.

Sleeps 2+3: 1 Double, 1 Twin (2 x 2'6" beds), 1 Single (2ft 6" bed)    OR

Sleeps 4+1: 1 King (2 single beds zipped together), 1 Double, 1 Single (2ft 6")
