Beautifully decorated and appropriately named Corner Cottage (it sits at the end of a pretty row of terraced houses), it is opposite Oystermouth Castle and as well is close to the popular 'top shops' of Newton Road.
This holiday home really is in the perfect spot for exploring all that Mumbles has to offer with the best beaches of Rotherslade and Langland both walkable and Underhill Park and the seafront promenade within a 5 minute stroll.
Enter directly from Castle Road into large, spacious lounge diner with rustic beams. There are two comfy leather sofas, one 3-seater and one 2-seater plus armchair and coffee table, a smart TV on a cabinet plus there's a feature fireplace.
At the far end of the space is a dining table with seating for 6 and an archway through to the modern kitchen which is light and bright and nicely appointed. There is an electric oven and induction hob, extractor fan, integrated fridge and freezer, microwave/combi oven, dishwasher and washing machine and plenty of cupboards.
The kitchen leads out into a courtyard garden with patio area and dining furniture.
Upstairs on the first floor there are three bedrooms and a bathroom. The bathroom is modern with floor to ceiling tiles, a bath with shower over, basin with vanity unit.
There are two double bedrooms both with plush carpets and lovely coastal styling. The master bedroom is larger and has a divan double bed with drawers plus two bedside tables and a solid wardrobe.
The second double has a divan bed, one bedside cabinet and a chest of drawers plus a wardrobe.
The third bedroom has bunk beds with a bedside cabinet and a built in wardrobe and is double aspect with a window plus a large Velux window.
