A delightful 2-bedroom fisherman's cottage in the heart of Mumbles village, with stunning sea views. Bursting with character and coastal finishing touches, this turn of the century stone property is typical of the area, set amongst winding hillside streets.

Quiet and cosy, Bryn Terrace is a 5 minute walk to the seafront promenade and the cafes, parks, shops and galleries that make Mumbles such a popular visitor destination. A 25 minute stroll will lead you along the coastal path, beyond the pier and around the point to the beaches of Rotherslade and Langland.

Enter through courtyard garden into the porch and into the living room which extends into a dining area. The lounge area has two 2-seat sofas and a pretty window seat dressed with cushions with a bay view. There is a TV/DVD player and a wood burning stove for cosy nights in the cottage.

The dining area has a solid table with seating for six and a feature fireplace. This space leads through to a modern yet rustic style kitchen with plenty of storage space plus electric hob and oven, fridge with freezer compartment, washing machine, toaster, kettle and microwave.

The stairs from the dining area lead up to a split level landing where there is a family bathroom and both bedrooms, one double and a twin.

The bathroom is modern and stylish with a roll top bath with shower over and screen, WC and wash hand basin and built in storage.

The twin room is bright and colourful with some delightful seaside styling and includes single beds, a wardrobe, with drawers and a bedside cabinet. The double bedroom is spacious, carpeted, beautifully appointed and has a double bed, two bedside cabinets with drawers, chest of drawers, full length mirror plus a wardrobe.

External: Access property via small courtyard garden which has unforgettable views over Mumbles and Swansea bay at the front then at the rear is a three tiered terraced garden accessed via the kitchen with a pretty patio area with bistro set. Parking immediately outside the property though not reserved.

Please note: Children must be supervised when using the garden which is also not suitable for people with limited mobility.
