Description and Location

Bay Cottage is a traditional Victorian mid terraced cottage situated in the heart of Mumbles. It has been carefully furnished and provides a subtle seaside feel throughout. Sleeping 4 people comfortably with a private rear garden, Bay Cottage truly offers a wonderful seaside cottage experience whilst being situated a short walk away from the cafes, bars, restaurants, shops and seafront promenade of Mumbles.

The local beaches of Langland and Rotherslade can be reached on foot and if you fancy something different, why not arrange a picnic and take a step back in time by visiting Oystermouth Castle which sits proudly in its own grounds overlooking the village.

Ground Floor: Enter into small porch.

Reception: Bay windowed room with 2 two-seater sofas, a multi-fuel stove, footstool, coffee tables and a flatscreen TV/DVD.

Dining Room: A table and chairs comfortably seating 6 people and feature fireplace with a large window overlooking the kitchen and garden beyond.

Kitchen: Electric cooker, electric hob, integrated fridge, integrated freezer, dishwasher and washing machine with French doors opening out onto garden patio.

First Floor

Master Bedroom: King size bed, dressing table, full length mirror and flatscreen TV. Also a traditional fireplace, high ceilings and a partial sea view.

Bedroom 2: King size bed which can also be made into 2 x single beds, a feature fireplace and dressing table.

Bathroom: Full sized bath, wash hand basin, WC, separate shower cubicle and an illuminated vanity cabinet.

External: Double French doors lead from the kitchen to a south facing and private patio area, with modern patio furniture, a few steps then lead to a small area laid to lawn.

Sleeps 4: 1 King, 1 TwinZip 'N' Link (can be made into a 5 ft king on request)
