Description and Location
A classic Mumbles Victorian mid terraced cottage in the heart of the village offering stylish holiday accommodation for 4 people.
Newly renovated with some delightful coastal design details, this trendy two bed holiday home boasts two bathrooms, Sky TV and bright open plan living.
It is perfectly placed for making the most of all that Mumbles has to offer with shops, cafes, pubs, galleries and the seafront promenade all within strolling distance. The appropriately named The Park pub sits discreetly at the top end of the row of houses, with another watering hole, the Mumbles Ale House, at the bottom of the hill.
The popular family beaches of Rotherslade and Langland are also reachable on foot, about 15 minutes or so if you take the winding and interesting route up through the back streets.
Enter into the hallway with quirky glass brick wall and striking Berwyn slate floor that continues into the open plan lounge diner.
There's a lovely sense of space yet it is cosy too with soft seating that includes a three-seater sofa and armchair, a flat screen TV complete with Sky Q basic package and dining table with seating for 4 people.
The room leads seamlessly into a kitchen which is bright and modern with blue and white detailing and is well equipped with a gas hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and where there's even a wine fridge.
A door opens out from the kitchen into a delightful enclosed and decked garden with a summerhouse at the far end and modern outdoor dining furniture.
A stylish striped carpet leads you up to an equally smart bamboo floor that is a feature of both bedrooms.
The pretty double bedroom is en-suite, situated at the front of the house and has a double bed, bedside table, chest of drawers and a wardrobe. Its shower room is modern and fully tiled with shower cubicle, WC and wash hand basin with vanity unit under.
The twin bedroom is cosy with nautical design details and has two single beds, a wardrobe and bedside drawers. There is a second bathroom with the luxury of a soaking bath with shower over, wash hand basin and WC.
External: Secluded courtyard garden at the back of the property with decking and summer house.

Mumbles is the first pretty fishing village one meets when venturing away from Swansea towards the world acclaimed area of outstanding beauty known as the Gower. It is a great place to set up your base either to explore the myriad activities in, around and along the coastline or to settle and just luxuriate in the local resources that make Mumbles a great destination in its own right.
