The very popular Castellamare Italian restaurant/cafe and ice cream parlour is a short walk away and has stunning views across Bracelet Bay. The restaurants/cafes and boutiques of Mumbles can be reached easily by car, in less than 5 minutes.

Enter into an open plan lounge with kitchen and dining area with bathroom and bedroom off. 

The kitchen is well-equipped with oven and ceramic hob, fridge/freezer box, microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer.

The lounge has a dining table with 4 chairs, 2 armchairs and a settee which converts into a double bed if required (bedding in blanket box). There is a feature electric fire, CD/radio, DVD player, Video player, and TV with Freeview.
On the bookshelf there are books, CDs, games and information about the locality with a guidebook of local walks.

The double bedroom has a wardrobe and dressing table and plenty of storage space.

The bathroom has a large shower cubicle, WC and wash hand basin.

External: Small private garden with a patio, deck and garden furniture.

Beautiful home, beautiful garden, beautiful bathroom, beautiful furniture in a beautiful location, PERFECT!!! We had the most awesome and wonderful week in this lovely, comfortable, cosy cottage, Love it. Our little dog Toffee loves it here so much and the lovely garden - BLISS!! We enjoyed it so much during our stay, the beaches, the coast and the cliff walks FANTASTIC! Cottage well equipped - home from home, very relaxing, views are stunning, waves are breathtaking.
