Salt Plage is set in a peaceful location, close to Mumbles, in the Limeslade area where there are many walks nearby including Mumbles Hill, which has a picnic area and sweeping panoramic views across Swansea Bay and a beautiful cliff path walk in which you can reach the beaches of; Rotherslade, Langland and Caswell.

The very popular Castellamare Italian restaurant/cafe and Fortes ice cream parlour is a short walk away offering stunning views across Bracelet Bay. The restaurants, cafes, wine bars and boutiques of Mumbles can be reached easily by car, in less than 5 minutes or by foot through the picturesque back streets of Mumbles or via the steps of Mumbles Pier and across Mumbles Promenade with uninterrupted views over Swansea Bay.

Accommodation

Ground Floor: Open plan kitchen and lounge.

Kitchen Area: Double oven and induction hob, undercounter fridge, microwave, Nespresso machine, radio and dishwasher. There is a breakfast bar (with wine fridge built-in) and 4 stools.

Reception 1 Living Area: 5-seat corner sofa, armchair, soft seat, electric fire, glass coffee table, wall-mounted TV and 2 sets of French doors leading to the garden veranda which has sea views.

Dining Room: Dining table, 2 x benches and 2 x chairs.

Reception 2: 'Snug' room includes: an L-shape sofa, wall-mounted TV, DVD player, Nintendo Wii and a selection of games and books.

Cloakroom: WC and hand basin.

Utility Room: The large utility room includes: washing machine, tumble dryer and fridge/freezer. There is extra space for storage.

First Floor: Accessed via a spiral staircase.

Master Bedroom: King size bed, 2 x chest of drawers, Velux window, wall-mounted mirror, en suite and rattan furniture, it also has a balcony with wooden chairs for 2 and stunning sea views including views towards Mumbles Lighthouse.

En Suite: Shower, WC and basin.

Bedroom 2: Double bed, chest of drawers, armchair and Velux window.

Bedroom 3: 2 x single beds, armchair, Velux window and storage space.

Family Bathroom: Large bath with shower over, WC and wash hand basin.

External: Large private, tiered garden with a decked veranda, featuring outdoor, rattan dining and bistro furniture. There is a further decked area accessed via steps also with outdoor dining furniture. There is a driveway for off-road parking and a garage used as a utility room (not for parking).
