Simply stunning sea views can be enjoyed from this 2 bedroom apartment which benefits from an elevated position overlooking Langland Bay and the golf course. The apartment features a large sheltered balcony, half of which is enclosed creating a sun lounge, whilst the other half is open and ideal for alfresco dining.

From the apartment block there is a path with steps leading through the grounds to the beach although some visitors may prefer to drive or use the more conventional route. Langland Bay is a popular surfing spot and has plenty on offer with a choice of two beachside cafes, a restaurant bar, tennis, an 18 hole link golf course and two beautiful coastal path walks.

Accommodation
The apartment is accessed via a flight of 8 steps into the main building. Enter into a spacious hallway with doors off to all rooms.

The lounge is furnished with a 3 piece suite, occasional furniture, TV and DVD and a dining table with 4 chairs and another smaller table with 2 chairs. The main feature of this room is the full length windows, which stretch the entire width of the room, with patio doors onto the large sheltered sun terrace which has patio furniture.

The kitchen is accessed from the lounge and has integrated appliances including: a ceramic hob, grill and oven and microwave. There is also a fridge/freezer and a washing machine.

There are 2 bedrooms: the master bedroom has a double bed. This room also features full length windows with access onto the open part of the balcony. The second bedroom has a conventional twin room layout.

The bathroom is fully tiled and has a white suite comprising bath with electric shower over and a wash hand basin.
There is a separate WC with hand wash basin.
