Langland Penthouse is a luxurious apartment set over two floors, sleeping 6. Light, bright and tastefully appointed, it is situated on the second floor of Crawshay Court, with panoramic views of Langland Bay and the golf course.

It can sleep up to 6 people with the option to rent at a reduced price for up to 4 people (selected seasons only). There's also the added flexibility of short breaks during low and mid seasons.

The property is set within a gated community, with direct views of the tennis courts and the sandy beach. Within two minutes you can set foot on the beach itself, or enjoy a delicious meal in the Langland Brasserie.

Accommodation

Second Floor Apartment

Kitchen: Well-equipped kitchen with integrated appliances. Single oven and hob, fridge freezer, washer/dryer, microwave and extendable kitchen table.

Reception: L-shaped room with 3 x sofas, TV, DVD.

Bedroom 1: King size bed, bedside tables and a wardrobe. 

Upper Floor

Bedroom 2: King size bed, dressing table and chair with beautiful views, with WC, en suite bathroom, bath, shower, wash hand basin.

Bedroom 3: Full size bunk bed, TV, fitted wardrobes and chest of drawers.

Family Bathroom: Fully tiled bathroom, large corner bath with shower attachment, WC and double wash hand basins.

**NOTE** Either the bunk bedroom or a second king bedroom can be made unavailable, therefore making the property a 2 bedroom, sleeps 4. For a full week it will be £150 less than the advertised price. For a short break it will be £50 less than the advertised price. Please call our offices to book either option. Please note that this offer does not include Peak Season dates. During this time the property is only available as a 6 sleeper.

Please make us aware at time of booking what you preference is for the second bedroom, it can be either a bunk room or a king.
