Ael Y Don is a front line block of apartments set in a fantastic location overlooking Langland Bay. This open-plan, 3-bedroom apartment is situated on the ground floor with superb views from the large terrace.

*NOTE* Please be aware that although this apartment is on the ground floor there are 37 steps down to it from the parking area.


Kitchen/Diner: Modern fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave, single oven and electric 4-ring hob, and dishwasher. There is a table and chairs for 5.

Utility room: Tumble dryer and washing machine.

Lounge: The lounge has sea views, soft seating for 5 and a window seat, flatscreen TV.

Bedroom 1: Master bedroom with sea views over Langland Bay, double bed, wardrobe and window seat.

En suite: Shower cubicle, basin and WC.

Bedroom 2: 2 single beds with a large chest of drawers. Please note that the single beds are lower than a normal divan bed.

Bedroom 3: Single high cabin bed with ladder for access (not suitable for anyone with limited mobility), desk, chair and drawers.

Bathroom: WC, basin and bath with shower over.

Large terrace with sea views, plus use of communal garden. Patio furniture. 1 allocated parking space.

Only a 15 minute walk from the centre of Mumbles, they sit neatly between the beaches of Caswell and Limeslade and are popular all-year round destinations for both visitors and locals alike
