The Drive is a large, delightfully appointed family home set in a quiet privately-owned lane in the Gower village of Southgate. It offers spacious accommodation with 4 bedrooms, 3 reception rooms and a kitchen/family room.

The property is a short walk to both Pobbles and Three Cliffs bay which has been awarded the accolade of Britain's Best Beach and was nominated for ITV's Britain's Best Beach. The impressive Pennard Golf Club is quite literally around the corner. Southgate also has a pub less than 200m away, a coffee shop which also serves as a gallery and convenience store, and a tea room.

The house has a large L-shaped garden laid mainly to lawn with off street parking for 4 vehicles.

Enter into the large shabby chic style hallway with doors off to the various rooms.The main hub of the house is the kitchen/dining/family room which is given an extra cosy feel by the log burner.

The hand-built, solid wood country style kitchen has a mixture of fitted and freestanding units plus an island which can be used as a breakfast bar, a large range style cooker with 6 ring gas hob, fridge80/freezer20, dishwasher, microwave and a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

The dining area has a table and chairs for 8, and the sitting area has a leather l-shaped sofa and log burner. This room has extended height ceilings with beams and oversized windows, making it extremely light and airy. French doors open onto a decked area and the garden.

The large lounge has 2 three-seat sofas, flatscreen TV, log burner and French doors into the garden. There is also a downstairs WC.  

The second reception room is a playroom and there is a third reception room which can be used as a study/library/quiet room.

The large galleried landing leads to all the bedrooms and the family bathroom.

The main bedroom has a superking size bed, wardrobes and a beautiful en suite with shower cubicle, WC and basin. There are 2 twin bedrooms and a further double room.

The spacious family bathroom has a bath, WC and basin and separate shower cubicle.
