A detached family house with vintage styling and a homely feel that sleeps 6 comfortably and is available for short breaks as well as longer stays. Set in a lovely rural location in Rhossili, it is close to one of the most photographed beaches in the world.
This pet-friendly, detached holiday home has 3 bedrooms with an enclosed garden, countryside views and plenty of parking.
Off the spacious hallway is an L-shaped lounge diner with comfy seating at one end and a dining table at the other. There are shelves crammed with quirky, retro ornaments, mirrors and lamps, games and pictures, all of which give it an eclectic feel and add character.
The lounge space has two shabby chic style leather sofas, both 3-seater sofa's (one of which is a double sofa bed). There is a TV on a stand which includes Sky TV including sports channels plus a vintage style armchair.
There is a delightful chill out space located on the ground floor that is light and bright with double doors opening out into the back garden. It features a comfy day bed with occasional chairs and lots of books.
Primrose Hill has a country style kitchen with electric oven, dual fuel range cooker with gas hob, dishwasher, microwave and fridge/freezer. An archway leads into the dining room where there is a Welsh dresser and an interesting mix of retro features including an old gramophone. From the dining room there is a separate utility room which houses the washing machine and tumble dryer.
On the ground floor, off from the breakfast room there is a WC with wash hand basin.
The bathroom on the first floor is bright and modern with a bath and shower over, WC and wash hand basin and laminate wooden flooring.
All three bedrooms are upstairs 1 double, 1 twin and 1 bunk room and lead off from a long landing. The double bedroom is cottagey in its styling and features a solid wooden bedstead with bedside cabinets, a chest of drawers and a storage trunk. There is also a rocking chair and a very roomy wardrobe.
There's plenty of space in the bunk room with wooden bunk beds a large chest of drawers plus hanging space. In the twin room this pretty space has vintage styling with retro style metal beds, a chest of drawers and wardrobe with views over the neighbouring fields.
On this floor there is a separate WC with wash hand basin.

The village of Rhossili is on the south western tip of the Gower Peninsula. Located on a ridge, it affords spectacular views over Rhossili Bay and Worms Head, a fascinating outcrop of land comprising two rocky islands joined to the mainland by a narrow causeway accessible only at low tide. The village boasts a pub, cafe, shop and National Trust gift shop.
