An attractive, stone built property, which was once the stable for the main cottage, has been comfortably converted into holiday accommodation for 2. There are views to be enjoyed from the garden over Gower towards Three Cliffs bay and out to sea. There many lovely walks directly from the property, including Three Cliffs Bay, which is approximately 20 minutes whilst the all other Gower beaches are a short car ride.

Description and Location

This attractive stone-built property, (now comfortably converted into holiday accommodation for 2 people) was once the stable block for the main cottage. From the secluded garden you can see over the fields towards the spectacular Three Cliffs Bay and out to sea. There is easy access to the Wales Coastal Path and the Gower Way on Cefn Bryn.

Accommodation
Access is via patio doors into the living/dining area, which is furnished with 2 sofas, an armchair, TV/DVD player, DAB radio and docking station, WiFi, and a dining table and chairs.

The fitted kitchen has a cooker with ceramic hob and double oven, microwave, washing machine and fridge with a freezer box.

Also on the ground floor is the shower room which has a wash hand basin and separate WC.

A staircase from the living room leads to a spacious attic room with double bed, bedside tables and lamps, dressing table and chest of drawers.

External: The large garden has an area reserved for guests. Off road parking for 2 cars.

Penmaen is a small village located at the foot of the slopes of Cefn Bryn and west of Parkmill. On the limestone headland overlooking Three Cliffs Bay are several archaeological sites, including the earthworks of a Norman Castle, an old church and a megalithic burial chamber
