Simply stunning views can be enjoyed from this beautifully appointed 3 bedroom house situated in Horton. The house sits at the end of a short farm lane with views over Port Eynon Bay and Horton at the front and over meadows at the rear.
It offers a very private location with the beach being just a 5 minute stroll down the hill.
A porch leads into the hallway with stairs to the first floor and doors off to the living accommodation. The modern kitchen/diner has fitted units, a free standing American style fridge/freezer, a dishwasher and features a large range cooker with electric hob. The open plan utility area has a sink, washing machine and combination oven.
The kitchen leads into the split level sitting room where panoramic sea views can be enjoyed from the comfort of the sofas. This room also features an ultra-modern wood burning stove and has a 40" flatscreen TV, music system and other occasional furniture.
Sea views can also be enjoyed from the dining room which has a dining table and 6 chairs, other occasional furniture and a large wood burning stove.
There is a downstairs WC.
First Floor: on the first floor there are 3 bedrooms: a king, a double and a single. The king size bedroom is en suite (basin and WC only). The light and airy family bathroom has a contemporary freestanding bath separate walk-in shower and wash hand basin and WC. Further sea views can be enjoyed from this floor.
External: the kitchen French windows lead directly on to a patio with steps up to the raised lawn. To the front of the property the stone walled garden features a Lily pond, and stunning sea views. The terrace has a garden bench, a handmade garden table with 5 chairs. There is a driveway to the side of the property for 1 car.
NB: Please be aware that the many levels within the property and in the garden may not be considered suitable for young children or people with limited mobility. Children must be supervised at all times when using the garden as this property features an uncovered garden pond. Further information is available regarding this note.

Built on a steep hill stretching down to the sea, the village of Horton on the south Gower coast is approximately half a mile from Port Eynon at the east end of the main beach.
Ridgeway is beautiful in a wonderful location.Our first time in the Gower, we had a great holiday. Our time went so quickly but hope to return soon. Very much recommended. Houldings Family - Shropshire
