Just a short walk away is Caswell Bay, one of the most popular 'blue flag' beaches on Gower. There are beach shops and an excellent café at the entrance to Caswell Bay, whilst a village shop and pubs are only a few minutes away in the car at Newton and Bishopston.
The village of Mumbles is just 5 minutes more away with all its amenities, shops and restaurants. The City of Swansea, with all its attractions is at the other end of Swansea Bay. Caswell is part of the outstanding countryside of the Gower Peninsula. If you fancy a round of golf, Langland Golf Club is just a short drive away.
The stylish wood-effect kitchen has an induction hob with oven under, undercounter fridge with ice box and a microwave.
The light and bright open plan dining room is furnished with a solid wooden table and chairs seating 4 people, along with wall-mounted flatscreen TV and occasional furniture.
Off the dining area there is a sunny, comfortable lounge with coffee table and two 2-seat sofas - one of which converts into a sofa bed, ideal for a child or extra adult guest.
The white-washed walls of this well thought out double bedroom make it a light and bright space to rest. Either side of the bed you will find wall-mounted lights, hanging space and bedside furniture.
The bathroom walls and floors are all tiled and there is a 3-piece suite with WC, wash hand basin and separate shower cubicle.
Exterior: The chalet is one of a few with fully enclosed private gardens, complete with garden furniture and backing onto woodland which is full of birdsong and wildlife.
