Description and Location

Rhosmari is a light, bright and colourful pet friendly holiday home set in a quiet cul-de-sac in the little hamlet of Murton, near to the popular village of Mumbles.

A short drive from the property you can also find the sandy beaches of Langland and Caswell Bay, a selection of golf courses and a choice of restaurants and pub fayre at the nearby villages of Bishopston and Murton.

With off road parking, rear enclosed garden, nearby playing fields, children's playground, gastro pub and local village store, Rhosmari truly does offer a comfortable and well located stay for it's visitors.

Accommodation

Ground Floor

Entrance is to the front of the property via driveway into light hallway with rooms leading off and a set of stairs leading to the first floor bedrooms.

Lounge/Diner: The bright double aspect lounge/diner has a dining table and chairs for five, two 2-seater sofas, an armchair and a flat screen TV with freeview and DVD player. The dining area is filled with light from the french doors which lead directly into the garden.

Kitchen: The L-shaped kitchen comes equipped with electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer and microwave. Door leads from the kitchen out into garden.

Cloakroom: A cloakroom with WC and wash hand basin.

First Floor

On the first floor a landing leads to three bedrooms and a family bathroom.

Bedroom 1: The double bedroom has bedside tables, drawer space and ample hanging space.

Bedroom 2: The twin bedroom to the rear of the property has bedside furniture, full size mirror, and ample storage space.

Bedroom 3: The smallest bedroom of the three is ideal for children and comes with a 2ft 6" single bed, storage units.

Bathroom: The fully tiled elegantly styled family bathroom has a white 3-piece suite with bath and shower over, WC and wash hand basin.

External: Driveway to the front is enough for 2 cars. Rear fully enclosed garden is laid to lawn and partially decked with bistro style table and chairs. Access into the garden is through the kitchen or from the dining area.

About Bishopston

Bishopston is located in the Gower peninsula and lies at the head of Bishops Wood and Bishopston Valley about 5miles south west of the City of Swansea. The village nestles just above the cliff tops of the South East Gower Coast and claims three popular beaches of its own, Brandy Cove, Caswell, and Pwll-du.
