Mumbles is the first pretty fishing village one meets when venturing away from Swansea towards the world acclaimed area of outstanding beauty known as the Gower. It is a great place to set up your base either to explore the myriad activities in, around and along the coastline or to settle and just luxuriate in the local resources that make Mumbles a great destination in its own right.
We enjoyed our stay in this lovely cottage and we had nice weather.
First visit to Swansea to explore the beautiful coastline and spend time with my husband. Lovely cottage. Close to main street. We enjoyed walks in the village as well as in Swansea, Rhossili and Oxwich Bay. The recommended pubs and restaurants were great!
Lovely cottage, very central to all the beaches. Our son Bryn loved the fact we stayed in a cottage called 'Bryn Terrace'. Had lovely weather all week, which always helps.
Very cosy and comfortable Cottage. We loved Caswell, Rhossili & Oxwich Bay. The cafe at Langland Bay (Langlands) was great. Great Croissants at Cafe Valance, Mumbles. Nice food at the George.
