Villa Cordelia is situated in the rural area of Quinta Larga Vista, once the largest private estates in Portugal, which was owned and used for hunting with the Royal lodges of the ancient Kings of Portugal. The Urban District of Foral consists of approx 100 large private villas set in their own grounds inter-weaved in the local country side. Foral is surrounded by orange and lemon groves, vine yards Fig Trees and open countryside.

Within easy reach of the apartment are choices of local restaurants offering a variety of Algarvian country food or a la carte Portuguese cuisine and fine wines. The medieval Castles and towns of Silves and Paderne are worth a visit, plus the ancient market towns of Messines, Algoz Paderne and Alte are approximately within a radius of six miles away The beautiful Algarvian coast is within 20 minutes drive, including the Algarve Shopping Complex (where you may purchase perfume, cosmetic and most of your needs). For night life Albufeira is approximately 20 minutes by car. Most of the well known golf resorts are also within one 40 minutes by car.

However, just to enjoy the local country side can be a pleasant and relaxing holiday for many visitors.

The apartment is approximately 45 minutes from Faro Airport (transfers can be arranged by the owners at a cost).

Accommodation: The apartment has two large self-containded double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms (bath and shower, plus a walk in shower, wash hand basin, WC and bidet.

The open plan kitchen , with combined dining/lounge area has the following: the kitchen gas cooker, with ovens a microwave, a disher, washing machine, deep freeze and a refridgerator.

The lounge/diner dining table with six chairs (can seat more) one sofa with other occasional furniture and TV/DVD/CD palyer.

The apartment is solar heated giving constant hot water with AC units for heating or air conditioning to keep cool in the heat of the summer.

To the front and side of the property is a private patio with patio furniture where you can sit and enjoy the sunny days and warm evenings or eat alfresco. There is also private parking to the front of the property for those visitors wishing to hire a car during their stay, (which is recommended).

Surrounding the apartment are the beautiful gardens and grounds of Villa Cordelia with fruit trees and shrubs giving an array of blossom and colour. There is also the use of a large private swimming pool with changing rooms and facilities.
