Luke & Becky
Luke was born in the beautiful seaside village of Mumbles, the gateway to the Gower peninsula. Becky was born in the gorgeous Irish town of Maynooth which is just a stones' throw away from Dublin.
They met at the World famous cookery school, Ballymaloe, near Cork. As proud graduates of the school it meant they joined the list that included the celebrity chef Rachel Allen.
Luke and Becky have travelled extensively, visiting places such as Argentina, Canada, France, Spain, USA, Australia and New Zealand to name but a few.
These young chefs have an array of experience, working in Wales, Ireland, Australia and New Zealand.
For the more exotic taste they managed to hone their skills in the Antipodes. From an intimate romantic dinner for two, to a full blown party atmosphere bbq, Luke and Becky are your people.
They both live by the ethos of fresh, seasonal and local produce. The Gower peninsula offers them a wealth of produce choice from fruit & vegetables to fish & meat.
Luke and Becky offer a Celtic fusion of flavours in their menu design but will also extend beyond this, calling upon their experience of other cultures and cuisines.
They have recently opened the popular 'Chai' delicatessen and tea room on Newton Road in Mumbles. The tea room is an ideal place to sample their wonderful food and a selection of over 40 flavoured teas.

Chris, is a freelance consultant chef, specialising in both commercial and private culinary services.
A published author, food writer, tv and radio broadcaster, Chris brings a wealth of knowledge, experience and passion into every kitchen he enters.
Now, his services are available to you. Hourly, daily or weekly. So whatever your requirements are, a package can be tailored to suit you, so you can keep control of the costs and measure the results as they happen.
