The apartment is in Algorfa - a typical Spanish village set amongst orange and lemon groves. Local shops, bodega, restaurants, bank, bars, bakery can all be found in the village-just minutes walk from the apartment. On Sunday morning there is a large market (Zoco) on the outskirts of the village and the prestigious golf course -La Finca can be reached directly from the apartment via a connecting road in less than five minutes.

The area is ideally located for various facilities and activities. It is approximately twenty minutes to: Villa Martin and Las Ramblas Golf. Blue flag beaches such as Guadarmar and La Mata, sailing, windsurfing, Carrefour and the Habcmcras shopping centre, bowling, an aquapark, horse riding, Chinese, Spanish, Indian restaurants, therapeutic mud baths and the town of Torrevieja etc.

The apartment may be reached from Alicante airport or Murcia both approximately 30 minutes drive away on the motorway.

The holiday home is on a secure gated complex. It has a communal pool/spa and solarium. There is designated underground garage space and a lift directly from the garage to the apartment. It is on the ground floor with a large sun terrace. Outdoor furniture is available. There are two bedrooms " one double and the other sleeps 1 in single beds- Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. A bed settee is also available .The large living area incorporates an American style kitchen including oven, hob, fridge freezer, microwave and washing machine. Crockery, utensils, toaster, kettle, saucepans, clothes dryer and iron etc are also provided. The fully tiled bathroom-includes a large mirror, bath, overhead shower, sink, vanity unit and bidet.

There is also a utility/storage room in the apartment. Indoor entertainment includes satellite television picking up 31 channels such as BBCI, BBC2, IT VI, channel 4, sky movies/sport and much more. A hot and cold fan is provided for your comfort.
