A luxury one-bedroom spacious apartment with balcony directly overlooking the beautiful Caswell Bay beach, Gower. The apartment is located on the top floor (third) and has panoramic views from the bedroom and the lounge.
The apartment has been completely refurbished to a very high standard and includes underfloor heating, modern kitchen and bedroom with superking bed (can be made into two single beds).
Accommodation: open plan lounge/diner/kitchen with extendable dining table and chairs, leather sofas, one of which converts to a bed settee, 32" flatscreen TV with DVD, electric flame effect fire and access to the balcony.
The kitchen area has a dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, electric oven and four ring hob and fridge.
Bedroom has two single beds that zip together to create a superking bed. It has a window through to the lounge area which creates light and helps to enhance the view from the bedroom. The shower room has a cubicle with electric shower, WC and basin.
