The village of Mumbles is just a five minute car journey away with all its amenities, shops and restaurants. Swansea city centre, with all its attractions, and the countryside of the Gower Peninsula are within close proximity.

The well appointed kitchen has been refitted with modern units, electric built-in hob and oven, spin dryer, microwave and fridge. The balcony has two outdoor lounge chairs.
There is a double bedroom with plenty of storage in mirror fronted built in wardrobes.
The modern, tastefully tiled shower room has a wide walk in shower cubicle (one step up), wash hand basin, WC and heated towel rail.
