The Redcliffe apartments are situated in a unique coastal position overlooking Caswell Bay - each apartment has sea views. There is a lawned area to the front of the building with private access to the beach, manned by lifeguards from Easter to September, making it an ideal family holiday location.
The village of Mumbles is just a five minute car journey away with all its amenities, shops and restaurants. Swansea city centre, with all its attractions, and the countryside of the Gower Peninsula are within close proximity.
Accommodation: comprises an open plan kitchen/diner/lounge tastefully furnished with a two seater sofa, two armchairs with foot stools, TV/DVD, freeview and a dining table and two chairs. The well appointed kitchen has been refitted with modern units, electric built-in hob and oven, extractor, microwave and fridge. The balcony has two outdoor lounge chairs.
There is a double bedroom with plenty of storage in mirror fronted built in wardrobes. The modern, tastefully tiled shower room has a wide walk in shower cubicle (one step up), wash hand basin, WC and heated towel rail.
