The Redcliffe apartments are situated in a unique coastal position overlooking Caswell Bay - each apartment has sea views. There is a lawned area to the front of the building with private access to the beach, manned by lifeguards from Easter to September, making it an ideal family holiday location.
The village of Mumbles is just a five minute car journey away with all its amenities, shops and restaurants. Swansea city centre, with all its attractions, and the countryside of the Gower Peninsula are within close proximity.
Accommodation: Open plan kitchen/diner/lounge tastefully furnished with a new sofa bed, two armchairs, occasional furniture, TV/DVD, video and CD player. There is a dining table and four chairs. The fitted kitchen has an electric oven with ceramic hob, fridge and microwave and there is patio furniture on the balcony.
There is a double bedroom with a new double bed, side tables, and fitted cupboards. The shower room has a shower cubicle with electric shower, wash hand basin, WC and an electric wall heater.
NB: Bed linen is only provided for double bed and not sofa bed.
