The Redcliffe apartments are situated in a unique position overlooking Caswell Bay - each apartment has stunning sea views. There is a lawned area to the front of the building with private access to the beach, (manned by lifeguards from Easter to September) making it an ideal family holiday location.

The village of Mumbles is just a five minute car journey away with all its amenities, shops and restaurants. The City of Swansea, with all its attractions, and the outstanding countryside of the Gower Peninsula are within close proximity.

The apartment offers the perfect base for an Autumn/Winter break with 5% discount for senior citizens.

Accommodation: Open plan lounge/diner with a well equiped kitchen with ceramic hob, double oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and slim-line washing machine. The living area has a sofa and other soft seating, TV and DVD, dining table and 4 chairs.  The balcony has a table plus two chairs. 

There is a double bedroom which has a king size 'zip and link' bed which divides into two singles when preferred. The striking shower room has floor to ceiling tasteful tiling, a corner shower cubicle, a wash hand basin, WC and heated towel rail. There is underfloor heating throughout, except the bedroom which is fully carpeted. 

This apartment continues to provide one of the best locations and opportunities to enjoy Caswell in superior accommodation as previous visitors have endorsed.

Wowsers!! What a view, what an apartment!! Excellent views, very well equipped, with everything you need for a short stay, we were very impressed. We are not strangers to the Gower but this is by far the richest place we have stayed and shall definitely be returning.
