A pretty thatched holiday cottage in the heart of Port Eynon village which is over 300 years old, originally built as a fisherman's cottage, has an attractively landscaped front garden. Only a minute's walk from a stunning Blue Flag Beach, Rose Cottage has been completely renovated yet retains original features such as reclaimed ship timbers, solid stone walls and an inglenook fireplace.
Ground floor: lounge with feature stone fireplace and log/coal effect stove, generous soft seating, dining table & chairs for six, TV with freeview & DVD. The fitted kitchen is equipped with an electric hob & oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washer dryer. Adjoining the kitchen is a garden room with breakfast table & chairs, and additional soft seating and patio doors to the enclosed rear garden with garden furniture. Off this room is a bedroom with full size bunk beds and flat screen TV.
First floor: Two bedrooms - one double and one twin, both with flat screen TV's. The twin bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a 3-piece suite. There is a further shower room with a walk in shower, wash hand basin and WC.
Front garden is landscaped and has a fish pond and waterfall. The rear garden is enclosed with garden furniture.
C/O day - Friday (flexible out of season). Gas Central Heating. Bed linen and towels provided. WiFi broadband available downstairs. Garden furniture. Off street parking. No pets. No smoking. Stairgate available on request.
