A four bedroom holiday cottage which is a part of a modern development built on the edge of Port Eynon beach - one of the most famous on Gower. The whole development has been designed to take full advantage of the wonderful southerly location and sea views.
The living areas are on the first floor to take advantage of the seaside views, with bedrooms on the ground floor. They are separated from the public walk way by an enclosed garden with individual patios. The holiday homes have been built and furnished with great care by the owner and offer attractive holiday accommodation.
Accommodation: On the first floor, the lounge/diner overlooks the sea, and has comfortable soft seating for seven, a dining table and chairs, TV/DVD, Wifi and patio doors leading onto a balcony. The fitted kitchen is well equipped and has an electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and washer/dryer. Twin bedroom.
Ground floor: the master bedroom has a king size bed and an en suite shower room, with wash hand basin, and WC. The twin bedroom has patio doors leading out onto the lawn. The third bedroom is also a twin. The family bathroom has a three piece suite and shower over the bath.

A bay on the Gower peninsula has been voted Britain's best beach.
Port Eynon was noted for being rugged and wild in nature but still safe for families to enjoy.
A number of beaches from around the UK were nominated by travel writers and tourist boards public, with the public asked to vote.
A total of 41% backed Port Eynon, and Swansea lord mayor Ioan Richard said the result was a big boost for local tourism.
It is a double for Gower, as the award was won last year by nearby Rhossili Bay.
"Port Eynon won hands down with many thousands of votes from all across Britain," he said.
"It has been 60 years now as the first area of outstanding nature beauty in Britain.

Judges' verdict on Port Eynon
"It's a safe area and a beautiful area," he said.
Judges included travel editors for the Daily Mirror and Mail on Sunday newspapers as well as tourist board officials from around the UK.
It won the Cadbury Flake 99 Great British Beach Awards, described as "a celebration of our nation's best and most treasured seasides".
They said Port Eynon represents the "perfect British getaway" with a "fun family feel, stunning landscape and idyllic village".
Those also nominated included Broadstairs, Kent, with its promenade and "quaint squares of fishermen's cottages", along with Weymouth beach, Dorset, Southport in Lancashire, and Robin Hood's Bay, Yorkshire, among others.
