The School House is an annexe to Mulberry Hill House, just a stone's throw from our very popular Mulberry Hill Cottage and set in the same private walled garden in the quiet hamlet of Penmaen.
As the name suggests the School House was where the children of the main house were once educated. From the bed sitting room on the first floor you can enjoy the views towards Three Cliffs Bay and over Cefn Bryn. One of the best walks the area has to offer, 'The Gower Way,' is only minutes from the property which offers walkers stunning panoramic views of Gower and beyond.
Because of the narrow stairs leading up to the bed/sitting room and down to the shower room, further steps in the garden and an unprotected garden pool, the property is not suitable for young children or anyone with limited mobility.
Accommodation: Open plan living/dining/kitchen furnished with two armchairs, dining table and chairs, electric cooker, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and mini hifi. Bedroom/sitting room: double bed and sofa. Bathroom with shower cubicle.
External: patio area directly in front of the school house with garden furnniture and share of the main walled garden, which features a pond.
