Mulberry Hill Cottage is a detached cottage situated in the Victorian walled garden of the owner's property. There are views out to sea from the cottage.The cottage is ideal for walkers or visitors just wanting a relaxing break. It is located close to the wonderful Three Cliffs Bay and The Gower Way footpath is just a 5 minute walk.
The cottage has central heating in addition to a log burning stove in the main living area. Small pets are allowed by arrangement only.
Accommodation: Open plan living/dining room with wood burning stove. There is a TV, DVD player, and hi-fi in the living room.
There is one double bedroom, with a modern en suite bathroom, furnished with bath and shower, as well as underfloor heating.
The kitchen is equipped with an electric cooker with 4-ring hob, refrigerator and microwave.
External: patio area with garden furniture and share of the main walled garden, which features a garden pond.
