Access to the property is via an external staircase, through a gated archway. Only a 15 minute woodland walk to the beautiful secluded Tor Bay and Oxwich Bay. The nearby farmshop offers local produce and the opportunity to 'pick your own' strawberries.
Accommodation: Entry to the accommodation is on the first floor: the lounge has a three piece suite, gas fire, occasional chairs, Flatscreen TV/DVD and freeview, dining table and chairs and features a wall of ceiling to floor windows which open onto the veranda. The fitted kitchen has an electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine and a breakfast bar with four stools.
Ground Floor: a double bedroom with an ensuite shower/bathroom (bath is 3/4 length), a twin bedroom and a family shower/bathroom (bath is 3/4 length). The twin bedroom opens out onto a ground floor decking area.

Nicholaston is situated on the south coast of the Gower Peninsula in South Wales. The village lies within a stones throw of the beaches of Oxwich, Tor Bay and Three Cliffs. . A walk through the burrows will take you through heath land, woodland, sand dunes and cliff tops.
