Accommodation: Ground Floor: The sitting room has soft seating and occasional furniture.  The family room has further soft seating, TV/DVD, a dining table and chairs.  This room opens in to a well fitted kitchen which has gas hob with double electric oven, fridge, freezer and microwave.  There is a utility room which has a washing machine and a downstairs shower room with WC and wash hand basin.
First floor: There are two double bedrooms, one twin and a single.  The family bathroom has a three piece suite and a separate walk in shower.
