A pleasant two bedroom, semi-detached chalet offering comfortable holiday accommodation on a flat, easily accessible level.  A small flight of steps lead up to this holiday chalet located on a level area of Summercliffe Chalet Park. Just moments away is Caswell Bay, one of the most popular family holiday beaches on Gower. 

Caswell Bay is patrolled by lifeguards in season, has a surf school, and is good for fishing and bathing. Facilities at the beach include recently improved changing facilities and WC, a beach cafe offering a range of fresh produce, and two kiosks selling everything from ice-cream to beach toys.

The chalet park has numerous local coastal and woodland walks that start more or less on your doorstep, and just a few minutes drive away is the village of Mumbles with its many facilities which will easily cater to your everyday shopping needs.

Accommodation: Open plan lounge/diner area with flat screen TV. The compact modern kitchen has a cooker, microwave and fridge. Bedrooms: 1 double, 1 twin (with 2'6" beds) each with a built in radiator.  The recently refurbished bathroom has a shower over bath, an electric shaver point and a wash hand basin. There is a separate WC.

There is a purpose built private patio with table and chairs to the pleasantly wooded rear and dedicated parking to the front.

Sleeps 4: 1 double, 1 twin (2'6" beds).
 
C/O day - Sat. Electric heating (£1 coin meter). No bed linen (Duvets and pillows only). Parking to front. Private patio to rear. No pets. No smoking. Vodafone preferred network coverage.
