A detached holiday chalet with two bedrooms, modernised and renovated to a high standard, in an elevated position with woodland views. A few hundred yards away is Caswell Bay, a 'blue flag' beach, one of the most popular family beaches on Gower.
Caswell Bay is patrolled by lifeguards in season, has a surf school, and is good for fishing and bathing. Facilities at the beach include recently improved changing facilities and WC, a beach cafe offering a range of fresh produce, and two kiosks selling everything from ice-cream to beach toys.
The chalet park has numerous local coastal and woodland walks that start more or less on your doorstep, and just a few minutes drive away is the village of Mumbles with its many facilities which will easily cater to your everyday shopping needs
