A detached holiday chalet, with two bedrooms, modernised and renovated, set in an elevated position with woodland views. A few hundred yards away is Caswell Bay, a 'blue flag' beach, one of the most popular family beaches on Gower. 

Caswell Bay is patrolled by lifeguards in season, has a surf school, and is good for fishing and bathing. Facilities at the beach include recently improved changing facilities and WC, a beach cafe offering a range of fresh produce, and two kiosks selling everything from ice-cream to beach toys.

The chalet park has numerous local coastal and woodland walks that start more or less on your doorstep, and just a few minutes drive away is the village of Mumbles with its many facilities which will easily cater to your everyday shopping needs

Accommodation: Open plan lounge/diner and kitchen area with leather sofa, table and chairs, TV/DVD Combi. Open plan fitted kitchen has touch button cooker, hob, microwave and fridge.
Bedrooms: one double, one bunk (with an additional single bed). Shower room equipped with shower cubicle, wash hand basin and WC. Travel cot provided.

Sleeps 4/5: 1 double, 1 with bunk beds (only suitable for children) + 1 single, (only suitable for child).

C/O day - Sat. Electricity by £1 coin meter. No bed linen (Duvets and pillows only). Chalet is approached via 26 steps from a reserved parking space to the front. Decked areas to front & side with private BBQ. Side storage for surfboards/bikes. Travel cot supplied. No smoking. No pets.  Orange preferred network coverage.
