This holiday home is large and spacious and located in the village of Bishopston on the Gower peninsula, close to Mumbles and Swansea Bay. The village has three excellent pubs, two of which (The Joiners and The Valley) are less than 100 metres away and serve excellent food. There is a village post office and convenience store and the nearby village of Kittle has a very nice bakery. There are numerous walks in the immediate vicinity including Bishopston Woods and Pwll Ddu Bay.
Accommodation: Ground floor - Large open-plan Kitchen/diner with fitted units, dishwasher, Raeburn cooker, 5 ring gas hob and fridge/freezer. The dining area has a table and chairs for four plus a breakfast bar with four bar stools. There is a separate laundry room with a washing machine and tumble drier.
There are two reception rooms one of which has access to the large patio area with views across Bishopston woods towards Cefn Bryn. It has a three seat sofa, TV, wood burning stove and occasional furniture. The second reception room has two 2-seat sofas, large flatscreen TV with freeview and DVD, wood burner and occasional furniture.
The wet room has a shower, basin and WC.
First floor - There are three bedrooms. The master bedroom has views across Bishopston Woods, king size bed and storage.There is also a further double bedroom and twin bedroom.
The bathroom has a rolltop bath with handheld shower, WC and basin.
Exterior - There is parking for three cars. The large front garden is very private with a raised patio areas with views. There is also a small courtyard area to the rear of the property.
