Nearby on the promenade is Ripples ice cream parlour and cafe, the West Cross Inn which serves food and has a beer garden with panoramic sea views, and the traditional Beaufort pub is a 5 mins walk. The Victorian fishing village of Mumbles with its large selection of restaurants, cafes, boutique shops and activities is very close by as are the popular family beaches of Rotherslade Bay, Langland Bay and Caswell Bay.
Accommodation: Enter into the hallway with doors off to a lounge with bay window, a 2-seat and 3-seat sofa and TV. The bright and spacious family room consists of a dining table and chairs for eight plus a highchair, Large wall mounted flatscreen TV and further soft seating for four and integrated music system. The modern fitted kitchen has integrated appliances which include a washing machine, dishwasher, single electric oven and 4 ring ceramic hob and fridge & freezer. There are also double doors onto the rear garden. There is a Cloakroom with WC accessed from the hallway.
First Floor: There are two bedrooms including a large bedroom with superking bed, storage and flat screen TV and a bunk bedroom with safety guards plus a removable safety guard which is ideal for children. The luxury bathroom has a stand-alone bath, large separate shower cubicle, WC and basin.
Second floor: There is a further impressive twin bedroom with partial sea views from the large velux windows.
External: There is off street parking for one car and garage which can also be used for storing kayaks or bicycles with further on road parking available nearby. The garden is mostly laid to lawn and surrounds the property on three sides. Garden furniture is provided for 8 people.
