The property boasts large front and rear gardens and parking for several cars.  It is located on Mumbles Road and has good access to Swansea, Mumbles, Gower and beyond. The promenade that stretches from Mumbles to Swansea Marina is less than 100 yards away and the National swimming pool is a short walk. There are several parks close by including Clyne Gardens, Singleton Park and Clyne Valley country park. For the children, the lido is a five minute walk - the lido is an outdoor area with a childrens pool and play area. In the summer the land train can be caught here and will take you all the way to Mumbles along the promenade. There is also a 9 hole pitch and putt golf course across the road from the property.There are several pubs and restaurants in the area including The Junction, The Woodman, The West Cross Inn, The Inn on the Lake and The Mumbai Indian Restaurant, This really is a location for everyone.

Accommodation: The ground floor is mostly open plan with the kitchen, lounge and dining room sharing the same space. The kitchen has fitted units with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, electric oven and gas hob, microwave and washing machine. The dining area has a table and chairs for six with access through double doors onto the exterior decking area. The lounge has soft seating for five, wall mounted flatscreen TV with built in freeview and doors to the large hall way.

First Floor: The first floor has three bedrooms and a family bathroom. The main bedroom has views towards the sea, a king size extra height bed and dressing table. Twin bedroom has a flatscreen TV with DVD and a wardrobe. There is a further single bedroom.

Exterior: The Large garden to the rear has a deck with garden furniture for five people. The front garden has parking for three vehicles (parked in a line).

C/O day - Sat. Gas CH. Bed linen provided. No Towels. Parking for three cars. No smoking. No pets.
