The owners provide an extensive book of local information and a guide to local walks. The second sitting room faces the garden and a patio door opens onto the balcony. This room is furnished with a dining table and chairs for four and there is a bistro table and chairs on the patio. The kitchen is equipped with wall and base units, electric cooker with extractor fan, fridge, microwave and washing machine. The double bedroom is furnished with a wardrobe and chest of drawers, the second bedroom with twin beds and a wardrobe. The bathroom has wc and bath with electric shower over, and wash hand basin.
