Amenities nearby include the consistently popular King Arthur Pub; Knelston Garage which has a well stocked grocery store selling freshly baked bread and pastries and frozen goods. The village of Reynoldston has a Post Office and Compass Cafe.

Accommodation: The recently fitted kitchen has a ceramic hob with oven below, a fridge, and a microwave. Off the kitchen is a utility room with washing machine sink and freezer. The dining room is situated next to the kitchen, is light and airy, and has seating for eight. French windows lead onto the patio.

The through lounge is comfortably furnished with two sofas, a chair, occasional furniture with an open log fire. From here there are folding doors into a second smaller sitting room with TV/DVD and video. The South facing conservatory, which has further soft seating, is accessed from the sitting room and has French windows onto the patio.

There is also a downstairs shower room with wash hand basin and WC.

Upstairs there are four bedrooms, two doubles and two twin bedrooms. The master bedroom has an en suite with shower cubicle, WC and wash hand basin. The family bathroom has a three piece suite and a separate shower cubicle.

Outside the property has a large secluded garden, ideal for children to play in, and a patio terrace with garden furniture.
