This newly refurbished, spacious and airy property is located off Welshmoor Common, which is a Site of Special Scientific Interest in North Gower, near the village of Llanrhidian. Llanelen Farm sits in about 100 acres of wood and grassland with a small flock of the ancient, decorative Jacob breed of sheep. It is a site rich in historical associations and has stunning views over the Lougher Estuary and the North Gower countryside. It is the ideal spot for ramblers/cyclists or those who just want to enjoy the tranquillity of the countryside, yet is only a short drive to the beautiful Gower beaches and Swansea city centre. The property is part of the owners farmhouse but has been converted into a self contained annexe.
