A newly built, traditional farm cottage set in a quiet lane overlooking farmland and Llanrhidian Sands. The cottage recently received a "Highly Commended" award for design by the Gower Society. The generously proportioned accommodation is set in a large garden with off street parking for up to six cars.

Accommodation: The accommodation has solid oak floors on the ground floor whilst the upstairs bedrooms are carpeted.

Ground Floor: The large kitchen/diner has a hand painted bespoke kitchen and features a Rangemaster gas cooker with three electric ovens below and integrated appliances including a dishwasher, fridge and microwave. There is a large dining table which will comfortably seat up to eight, and ample space for a sofa and play area. From this area there are doors to the hallway, sitting room and French doors directly onto a patio and BBQ area. The lounge has two sofas, occasional furniture, a feature decorative fireplace, and a TV with DVD and freeview. WiFi available.  The utility room is off the hallway and has a sink, washer/dryer and freestanding fridge/freezer.

First Floor: Upstairs there are three bedrooms, two king size bedrooms and a bunk bedroom. The master bedroom has an en suite shower room with hand basin and WC. The bunk bedroom has one full size bunk bed over and a 4ft bed under. The family bathroom has a white suite comprising separate shower, bath, basin and WC.

External: The immediate area surrounding the house is paved and leads onto a large area of lawn which is on two levels.
