'A home for all seasons', this beautifully presented, four bedroom, two bathroom, family house with a swimming pool (heated from 31 March until 29 September) is just minutes from Langland Beach. The property, which boasts lovely south facing sea views from the first floor, is situated in a quiet road and has off street parking for two cars.

Only a couple of minutes walk away is Langland Bay with its pretty beach huts and sandy beach where there is something for all the family: whether it's tennis, exploring rock pools, surfing the waves, enjoying a cappuccino, or playing a round of golf. The property also makes a great base for discovering the delights of Gower, whether for a short break or a full week.
 
Accommodation: The entrance opens into a spacious hallway with occasional furniture doors off and an open stairway to the first floor. The large fitted kitchen/breakfast room is well equipped and has integrated appliances including a five ring gas hob, oven and grill, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave and an American larder fridge/freezer. There is also a dining table and chairs for eight. French windows lead to a patio with steps down to the lawn and access to the 32', heated swimming pool (which is gated). The main reception also has French windows onto the patio and is furnished with a new leather suite comprising of a 3-seater, 2-seater and 2 armchairs, occasional furniture, a 32" TV with DVD, Freeview and a PlayStation 2,WII and games also an Ipod docking station. There is a second sitting room which has soft seating, occasional furniture, a flatscreen TV and a music system. The downstairs bedroom has twin beds. There is also a downstairs wet room which is fully tiled and has a walk in shower room, wash hand basin and WC.

First floor: Upstairs there are three further bedrooms: two doubles and a twin. The master bedroom has a king size bed, flatscreen TV with freeview and a Juliette balcony with views out to sea. The family bathroom is fully tiled and has a separate walk in shower, bath, WC and wash hand basin.
