Right on your doorstep is Langland Beach. From the promenade you can take the coastal path to Caswell or Mumbles Head, and within walking distance is the village of Mumbles, with its enviable array of bars and restaurants. Langland Bay golf course and tennis courts are minutes away from the apartment.
Accommodation: Entrance into hallway with doors off to kitchen/diner/sitting room, bedroom, and bathroom. The kitchen/diner/sitting room is open plan and features a large bay window with stunning views over the bay. The kitchen area has a range of fitted deluxe units forming an "L" shape along two walls, with granite work surfaces and integrated appliances including: a single oven and ceramic hob, fridge and freezer, dishwasher,washer-dryer, microwave and waste disposal unit. The dining area has a table with four chairs and the lounge area has a sofa and easy chair. Television with Sky and Sky Plus, DVD, CD and Radio are provided. The double bedroom, which also features lovely bay views, has a king size bed. The deluxe bathroom is fully tiled and has a three piece suite, with shower over the bath.

C/O day Sat. Electric heating and hot water. Integrated security system. Bed linen and towels provided. Off road secure parking and visitors' parking. No smoking. No pets.

'The views are stunning the flat was very well equipped and very comfortable. We did plenty of walking, the coastal walks are great, to Cawelll Bay and the Mumbles Head. Rhosili, Three Cliffs Bay, Oxwich, Port Eynon Bay all worth a visit. 'Christmas Day as we've never experienced it and will always remember! Beach hut drinks, parties, families, playing cricket, dogwalking and BBQing, blue cloudless sky and bright warm sunshine (with a little snow still on the beach) We took our smoked salmon & champagne down there! Snow and icy conditions precluded any lengthy walks or trips out but the Surfside Cafe was well frequented - warming fine, good food & friendly staff. The apartment had everything we could possibly have wanted/needed and the views are spectacular. Thank you so much for our 'Gower Christmas Experience - we've had a great time!!!'
