Directly in front of the apartment is the promenade which stretches all the way from the Marina to Mumbles Head. The attractions of Swansea are within walking distance while the beaches of Mumbles and Gower are within half an hours drive.
Accommodation: Open plan lounge/diner/kitchen. The kitchen area has integrated appliances including a gas hob, double oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, washer/dryer and a small window with sea views. The dining area has a table with seating for four/six and a window with further sea views. The lounge is furnished with two sofas, occasional furniture, TV with freeview and DVD/CD and an I Pod docking station.
The master bedroom has a king size bed with a Juliet balcony and en suite shower room with wash hand basin and WC. The second bedroom has two single beds which join to offer the option of a super king bed. (please confirm your preference when booking). The family bathroom is fully tiled and has a three piece suite with hand shower over the bath.
