Langland Bay is popular surfing spot and has plenty on offer with a choice of two beachside cafes, a restaurant bar, tennis, an 18 hole link golf course and two beautiful coastal path walks.
Accommodation: The apartment is accessed via a flight of eight steps into the main building. Entrance into spacious hallway with doors off to all rooms. The lounge is furnished with two large comfy sofas, an armchair, pouffe, occasional furniture, and a flat screen digital TV with Free view and DVD, a dresser, and a dining table with six chairs. The main feature of this room is the full length windows, which stretch the entire width of the room, with patio doors onto the large sheltered balcony which has patio furniture. The kitchen is accessed from the lounge and is newly fitted with integrated appliances including: a ceramic hob, eye level grill and oven, integrated microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, washer/dryer and additional fridge.
There are two bedrooms: the master bedroom has two single beds which are positioned next to each other. This room also features full length windows with access onto the balcony. The second bedroom has a conventional twin room layout however both beds are 2" 6 inch wide. The newly fitted bathroom is fully tiled and has a white suite comprising bath with electric shower over and a wash hand basin. There is a separate WC.
