Accommodation. Ground Floor: The lounge is comfortably furnished with two sofas, occasional furniture, a TV/DVD, an Xbox and a feature fireplace. The dining room has a dining table and chairs for six people. Two steps down from the dining room is the newly fitted kitchen with a gas hob, electric oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher and a breakfast bar for two. There is a downstairs cloakroom with WC and washbasin.
First Floor: There are three bedrooms: one double and two singles. The double bedroom has a king size bed. The single bedroom to the rear has sea views and is decorated in pink to a suit a child. The other second single bedroom, has a distinct nautical theme including a cabin bed. The family bathroom has a three piece suite with an electric shower over the bath.
Second Floor: There is a twin bedroom with lovely views over the Bay.
Outside there is a decking area with patio furniture with steps leading to a lower paved area before reaching the wooden summerhouse which can be used for storage.
