There is an additional sitting room with a futon and TV.
First floor: There are four bedrooms: 2 doubles, a twin and a single room with a small single suitable for a child. The family bathroom has a three piece suite with electric shower over the bath. There is also a separate WC.
Outside. There is an enclosed courtyard with patio furniture.
Bed linen and towels provided. Off street parking for one car. Pets accepted. No smoking
