Located high in the village of Mumbles, this picturesque cottage has been recently renovated to a high standard to provide very comfortable holiday accommodation. There is allocated car parking to the front of the cottage. As the cottage is in an elevated position the views over Swansea Bay are wonderful and can be enjoyed from the gardens and to the front of the cottage. There is a rear terraced garden with parasol, table and chairs for four, and a small front paved area with a table and chairs for two. All the pubs, restaurants and shops of Mumbles are easily accessible as are the tennis courts, crazy golf and promenade which stretches from Mumbles all the way to Swansea Marina.

 Accommodation: Ground floor, the lounge/diner is furnished with two, two-seater sofas, dining table and chairs for four, occasional furniture, multi-fuel stove, flat-screen TV & DVD and music centre (with selection of CD's and DVD's). The fitted kitchen is equipped with wall and floor units, built in gas hob and electric oven, microwave, larder fridge. The utility room (which is outside) has the gas boiler, washing machine, freezer, hand-basin and WC.

First floor: There are two bedrooms, the master bedroom to the front enjoys sea views across the bay and is furnished with bedside tables, lamps and wardrobes, the second bedroom is a twin and is furnished with dressing table, single wardrobe and occasional furniture. There is a further room in the loft that is accessed by a steep staircase that is an ideal retreat for reading or just chilling out, (selection of books available).

The family bathroom is equipped with a three quarter length bath with shower over, wash hand-basin and WC.

Outside - The rear garden has been creatively landscaped into a terraced split level garden with stunning views from the decked area at the top.

The steep rear garden although terraced is not recommended for children or the elderly unless accompanied by a responsible and able person.
