Accommodation

The ground floor is tiled throughout. The lounge has two sofas, and a wide screen TV. To the rear of the property there is a large kitchen/diner with seating for six and french doors onto an enclosed private patio garden. The fitted kitchen has granite work surfaces, a gas range cooker with electric ovens, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and washing machine.

First floor: there are three bedrooms: two doubles, and a single. All bedrooms have partial sea views. There is also a family bathroom with a three piece suite and a separate shower cubicle. There is a further double bedroom in the attic which boasts views across the bay and is accessed via a steep flight of stairs (which may not be suitable for the elderly or small children).

External: to the rear of the property is an enclosed patio garden.
